Ripley’s Aquarium Marine Science Camps are interactive, innovative and entertaining.
There are a variety of day, week and overnight camps available, campers can enjoy the thrill of swimming with sharks and rays, learning to SCUBA dive, explore marine life in the open ocean, local parks wetland and much more!

2 DAY ADVENTURES
GENERAL INFORMATION
DAYS: Thursday-Friday Camps
SCHEDULE: Camp begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday and conclude at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
OVERVIEW: The campers will “Sleep with the Sharks” while camped out in the underwater tunnel at night. All of the two day camps are packed full of fun activities that revolve around Marine Science and conservation topics.
COST: All two day Adventures are $159.99 plus tax which includes all food and supplies.

SATURATION EXPLORATION – Ages 6-12
- Dates: June 24-26, 2010 August 5-6, 2010
- Activities: Dolphin Cruise, Seining, Kayaking.
ULTIMATE ADVENTURE – Ages 6-12
- Dates: July 1-2, 2010 July 29-30, 2010
- Activities: Deep Sea Fishing, Speed Boat Trip, Canoeing the Backwaters.
MSC ADVENTURER – Ages 8-14
- Dates: July 8-8, 2010 August 12-13, 2010
- Activities: Swim with the Stingrays, Introduction to SCUBA Diving, Shark Scene Investigation.
WATER LOGGED- Ages 8-14
- Dates: June 17 – 18, 2010
- Activities: Snorkeling, Surfing, Fishing
FUTURE FINATICS- Ages 12-16
This camp is for those wanting to explore more about the field of Marine Science.

- Activities: Tour of a Marine Science Lab, Cruise on a working Research vessel, Swim with the Stingrays.
WHIRL WORLD OF WATER – Ages 12-16
- Dates: July 22-23, 2010
- Activities: Surfing, Banana Boat Ride, Challenge Course, Night Beach Walks, StarGazing.
WEEK LONG CAMPS
GENERAL INFORMATION
Week Long Adrenaline Residence Camp
SCHEDULE: 9:00 am. Monday-5:00 pm. Friday
COST: $395.99 plus tax
AGES: 10-14
OVERVIEW: Join us for 5 full days and 4 nights of activities in the sun and sea at Ripley’s Adrenaline Camp. Each day will be packed full of activities and a chance to create your own reasearch project. Some activities include Horseback riding, Surfing, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkeling and Kayaking. All food and supplies are included.
WEEK ONE: June 21st - June 25th, 2010
WEEK TWO: July 12th – 16th, 2010
Extreme Adventure
Join us as we travel to see our sister Aquarium in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We will spend one night at the Aquarium and two nights tent camping. Hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains, white water rafting, and rocking climbing are just a few of the activities planned. Call for more details.

Kids Club Weekly Camp (ages 6-12)
This camp is held weekly June 6th – August 20th, 2010. Drop off daily is between 7:30 am and 9:00 am. Pick-up is between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm daily. Several field trips will be planned each week. All snacks, drinks and supplies will be included. Campers are asked to bring lunch each day. No additional discounts can be applied to this camp.

Field Days (ages 6-14)
Are you ready for some extreme fun? Every Wednesday you can go surfing with us. Do not worry if you have never surfed before, lessons and equipment will be supplied. On Thursdays head out to the ocean on the boat and go snorkeling. Once again all equipment will be provided. If that is not extreme enough combine a Field Day with a Kids Night Out!
Camp starts at 10:00am and goes till 4:30pm. Early drop-off and late pick-up available.
COST:
- $59.99 plus tax per day
- $79.99 plus tax combined with a Kids Night Out
- $99.99 plus tax for both Surf Camp and Snorkeling

Kids Night Out (ages 6-14)
Enjoy a night at the Aquarium in this program designed for kids only. There will be plenty of music, dancing, karaoke, scavenger hunts, pizza and more to keep us going all night.
When exhaustion finally sets in, we will set up camp in the tunnel and Sleep with the Sharks.

Family Night Out
Bring the whole family and “Sleep with the Sharks.” Leave all of your worries behind as you see what happens once the lights go out in the Aquarium. Games and activities for the whole family will keep us busy all night. When exhaustion finally sets in we will set up camp in the shark tunnel.
